Despite having been in America twice and having actually read books and watched TV and whatnot, I know absolutely nothing about it. So, theoretically, if one was travelling from New York City, through Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine, what would be the best way? I'm guessing driving? Is public transport (trains, buses) even a consideration?
